Our Approach
**Assess & Design:** We conducted a full audit of the existing infrastructure and processes. We designed a centralized architecture based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration Management to encompass both the e-commerce cloud environment and the on-premise systems in the stores.
**Automate:** We implemented an end-to-end solution using a combination of leading DevOps tools. We built CI/CD pipelines that allowed the team to manage their entire infrastructure through code stored in Git.
