Our Approach
**Assess & Design:** We conducted a full audit of their existing processes and infrastructure. We designed a new, modern architecture based on containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
**Phased Implementation:** We applied our QuickWin approach, first automating the build and test process. We then built the new infrastructure in parallel with the old one and migrated the application with zero downtime.
Solution
- **CI/CD Pipeline with GitLab:** We built a fully automated CI/CD pipeline that automatically builds, tests, and deploys every code change to isolated environments (staging and production).
- **Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform:** The entire cloud infrastructure was defined as code using Terraform, allowing for the rapid creation, modification, and recovery of the environment at the push of a button.
- **Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes:** The application was containerized with Docker and orchestrated with a managed Kubernetes cluster, providing auto-scaling and high availability.
- **Monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana:** We implemented a real-time monitoring system that provides full visibility into system health and sends proactive alerts for potential issues.

- The time to deploy a new feature was reduced from 4+ hours to under 15 minutes.
