Our Approach
**Assess & Design:** We conducted a thorough audit of the existing processes, architecture, and infrastructure. We designed a target architecture based on containerization and automated CI/CD pipelines, aligned with the client's business goals.
**Automate & Implement:** We built and configured CI/CD pipelines in GitLab. We containerized the applications with Docker and orchestrated them with Kubernetes. We automated the cloud infrastructure management using Terraform.
**Train & Amplify:** We integrated monitoring tools (Prometheus & Grafana) for full observability. We conducted hands-on training for the client's team, empowering them to independently use and maintain the new system.
