Our Approach
**Discovery & Architecture:** We conducted a deep-dive analysis of their existing workflows to identify key automation points. We then designed a secure, event-driven architecture capable of processing high volumes of data in real-time.
**Iterative Automation (QuickWin):** We applied our QuickWin approach by starting with the automation of the most critical document type. After successfully demonstrating value, we iteratively expanded the solution to cover all case and document types.
Solution
- **AI-Powered Document Pipeline:** We developed a custom pipeline using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes that automatically ingests documents from emails and shared drives. The system uses OCR for digitization, and then our custom-trained AI model classifies documents (contract, pleading, evidence) and extracts key entities (case number, parties, dates).
- **DevOps Workflow Automation:** We used Terraform to define the secure cloud infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code) and GitLab CI/CD to orchestrate the entire workflow. The solution integrates seamlessly with their existing case management system via API, automatically creating tasks, setting access permissions, and maintaining a full audit trail.
