A leading fintech company, operating in a highly regulated industry, faced the challenge of accelerating feature delivery without compromising on security and stability. Their manual deployment processes were slow, error-prone, and led to environment inconsistencies, hindering their growth. They turned to prAIor to build a modern DevOps strategy to automate their entire software development lifecycle.

Our Approach
**Assess & Design:** We conducted a full audit of their existing processes and infrastructure. We defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and designed a CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) architecture tailored to the high-security demands of the fintech sector.
**Automate & Implement:** We built and implemented automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI. We containerized applications with Docker and orchestrated them with Kubernetes. The entire cloud infrastructure was defined as code using Terraform, enabling fast and secure creation of identical environments.
**Amplify & Monitor:** We integrated monitoring (Prometheus) and logging (ELK Stack) tools to provide full visibility into system performance and security. We also trained the client's team to operate and maintain the new tools and processes.
Solution
- **DevOps & CI/CD Automation:** We developed automated pipelines in GitLab CI covering all stages—from builds and unit tests to security scanning, multi-environment deployments, and integration tests.
- **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** We used Terraform to manage cloud resources in AWS, ensuring fast, consistent, and version-controlled management of the entire infrastructure.
- **Containerization with Kubernetes:** We migrated monolithic applications to a microservices architecture managed by Amazon EKS (Kubernetes), which improved scalability, resilience, and resource utilization.
- **Centralized Monitoring & Security:** We implemented a real-time monitoring system with Prometheus and Grafana, and integrated automated security checks into the CI/CD pipeline to meet strict regulatory requirements.
Results
- The time to deploy a new release was reduced from over 4 hours to under 15 minutes.
- Enabled multiple deployments per day, a significant improvement from once every few weeks.
